PTI MIM #297: Mixing Florals

920/17
Dawn creates a beautiful holiday floral card by combining a few
of her floral stamp sets. This process requires a keen eye to
know what looks good together (and takes practice, at least for
me). I made a sympathy card using Dawn's technique since I
unfortunately have the need for one. Color was achieved by
stamping dye inked images on top of die-cuts colored with
watercolor pencils.

Supplies:
PTI Garden Party, Stemmed Statements, Holiday Greens, Painted Petals/Sunshine & Rainbows (sentiment),Tinsel & Tags (banner), Brushed Off: Circles, PTI Dye Ink(Ripe Avocado, New Leaf, Autumn rose, Summer Sunrise, Soft Stone, Honey Nut), Nuvo
Crystal Drops (Dandelion Yellow), Faber Castell Watercolor pencils.

  5. This is so beautiful! These flowers somehow remind me of my grandmother--she always had such amazing flowers in her garden. Love how the banner grounds them all.
