Tiny Hearts Brights/Itsy Bitsy Polka Dots Pastels/Watercolor
Wash PP, 3mm googlie eyes.
I did not quite make the 20 minute start to finish time...but
this card came together quickly for me. I won't lie...how about 1 hour?!! My cards usually take me a minimum of 3 hours as I am a meticulous, detail oriented, SLOW worker. All the elements are die-cut from patterned paper with only the sentiment being stamped.
