Laurie presents a clever idea to create faux stained glassfor this weeks MIM. She uses velum behind a cover plate
die and then colors some of the die-cut spaces with Copic markers to achieve the stained glass look.
I love the look of this technique...tho I lack owning very many cover plates. I used one of Betsy's Mix & Mat dies (Pretty Brackets) to try out Laurie's method. Thought I'd make a Thank You card to use after Christmas. I can't believe I took this challenge...I still have so much to do before Christmas. But I just couldn't resist. :)
