Just returned from a week trip up north to Monterey and a visit to my brother and sister-in-law's home in Hillsborough. I thought I would create a thank you card to send to them for putting us up for a few days. Laurie has some great ideas for color blocking for this weeks MIM. I selected her 3 color inking on a stamp block. I was quite surprised how easy this method is with stunning results. I was happy to try out some of the new July release PTI products (finally arrived via snail mail). :)
Supplies: PTI Stemmed Statements, Mix & Mat: Postal Die, PTI dye ink: Raspberry Fizz, Hawaiian Shores, Green Parakeet, Aqua Mist cardstock. Misc: Cuttlebug embossing folder, white embossing powder, MFT water droplets.
This turned out absolutely BEAUTIFUL Susan! Your background is just perfect and I love the flowers embossed on vellum...so, so pretty!! :0)
ReplyDeleteThe vellum flowers look lovely with your beautiful background Susan!
ReplyDeleteThat's lovely! Your ink background turned out much nicer than my attempts at it! I gave up and used cardstock instead. LOL
