Stephanie shows us how to incorporate twine and ribbon
into our cards with a twist for this weeks MIM at PTI.
I played with Betsy's Wonderland kit in card form to take
this challenge; adding the church from Betsy's Cloche Quarters:
Winter Fillers to complete my winter scene. The ribbon is tied
in "flat form" with the twine wrapped around the base as I
sometimes do with ribbon for gifts. I do love different ways to add basic embellishments to my cards.
Supplies: PTI Wonderland Kit, Cloche Quarters: Winter Fillers,
Mix & Mat: Snowflakes, Bitty Big: Spring Rain PP, PTI Dye Ink
(Pure Poppy, Stormy Sea, Soft Stone), Distress Oxide (salty
ocean), Distress Ink (stormy sky), VersaMark, white embossing
powder.
Susan this is just wonderful. The bright red with that softer blue is a terrific colour combination. Very nice with the twine and ribbon. Cheers.
