Lizzie heads up this weeks MIM at PTI with an easy technique using shadowed sentiments. I love how she
created her BG sponging a bit of ink/stenciling just around
the perimeter of her base creating a soft glow of color and
shape. The sentiment shadowing is an easy one and adds
dimension. Here's my take on Lizzie's challenge...
Supplies: PTI Cloche Quarters Summer Fillers, Window Works Die, PTI Dye Ink
(Pale Peony, Berry Sorbet, Lilac Grace, Spring Moss, Stormy Sea), MFT Full of
Heart stencil, MFT You Give Me Butterflies, VersaMark/silver EP, Clear Round drops.
What a lovely, lovely card Susan! Your image is so pretty and LOVE your background and shadowed sentiment too! You nailed this challenge! A+!! :0)
ReplyDeleteSusan, this is absolutely gorgeous! When I first looked at your sentiment, it looks like you have a black die-cut on top of the stamped sentiment. I really like how shadowed looking it is.
ReplyDeleteLovely! The shadowed sentiment is perfect.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful rose tones on your card. Thanks for visiting my blog. As for the unicorn stamp it is from Concord and 9th.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful card!
