Laurie's Fabulous Favorites: Summer Flowers
I love Laurie's summer flower card! It is a masterpiece of perfection down to the floral elements, color combo and layering. I think my favorite floral PTI stamp has to be Gran's Garden. And thusly said, I went to work creating my card.
Supplies: PTI Gran's Garden/To the Point Edgers, ITP Just Sentiments: Tagged, The
Greetery Just Mason Around, PTI Dye Ink (Pale Peony, Berry Sorbet, Plum Pudding, Harvest Gold, Summer Sunrise, Honey Nut, Cocoa Bean, Green Parakeet, New Leaf), misc sequins/felt/twine.

Ink To Paper: Laurie's Fabulous Favorites
6/22/19
Laurie's Fabulous Favorites: CAS June Release Samples
I purchased ITP Simply Sweet: Thanks because I fell in love
with Melissa's inspiration using the set. Her work is gorgeous
any ways...light and airy with the most beautiful combinations
of pastels. My card doesn't quite have her touch but I think
I used her technique to color the wreath. I used watercolors
to color the background behind the white embossed flowers.
Also sprinkled some Stampendous shabby pink embossing
enamel on top of the flowers (tho probably too heavy handed). I added yellow pops of color for the BG with the
PTI hexagon stencil. Lastly, I offset the oval with wreath embellishment to make room for the bow which always gets caught in the envelope when it is too close to the card edge :)
Supplies: ITP Simply Sweet: Thanks/Geometrix: Oval,
PTI Stencil Collection: Hexagon, PTI Bitty Dot Basics PP,
PTI Dye Ink (Harvest Gold, Summer Sunrise, Melon Berry, Hibiscus Burst), Kuretake Pearl Colors, Stampendous shabby pink embossing enamel.

Ink To Paper, Laurie's Fabulous Favorites
6/4/19
Laurie's Fabulous Favorites: Framed Sentiments
Barely got this one under the wire...I seem to be losing my
creative zest. Alas, I felt the need to use my newest stamp
set from Ink to Paper. The Many Anemones set is a joy to
use since you don't have to be so precise about the layers
and they look great even if things are a bit quirky. I'll be
making more cards with this user friendly set. ;)
Supplies: Ink to Paper Many Anemones, PTI Penned Elegance/Shape Shifters: Square 4 Die, PTI Dye Ink (Harvest Gold, Summer Sunrise, Melon Berry, Berry Sorbet, Simply Chartreuse, Ripe Avocado), Stickles (Black Diamond), misc. 4mm sequins.
