3/26/19 Laurie's Fabulous Favorites: Pick 2+ PTI ink colors (combo FAV). I have to admit...I am still very partial to aqua! I've paired it with a yellow green. So the PTI ink colors I've used are Aqua Mist, Hawaiian Shores, Tropical Teal, Spring Moss, Green Parakeet, & New Leaf. The colors make me think of Spring. :) I waited until the last minute for this challenge. Been having a motivational issue with PTI being so dark with new looks for almost 2 months now. I am hoping things will be up and running again come April!??
3/16/19 Laurie's Fabulous Favorites: Papertrey Sentiment I've chosen a Psalm instead of a sentiment. I've been wanting to make a framed Psalm of some sort for awhile. American Crafts came out with these Pocket Frames and I thought they would be perfect for what I had in mind. I'm loving felt flower creations too these days. That being said...here is my end result:
Supplies: PTI Year of Psalms: January/Shape Shifters: Circle 3 Die/Rustic Wreath, MFT Die-namics Mini Rolled Roses, Lifestyle Crafts Nesting Leaves, American Crafts Pocket Frames.
3/10/19 Laurie's Fabulous Favorites: PTI Packaging Laurie challenges us to use our favorite PTI packaging dies for this weeks Win It Wednesday. I've selected one of Betsy's Christmas kit dies (one of my favorites). It was challenging for me to transform her Christmas box die into an every occasion one. The news of 2 baby boys from 2 different families born on the same day (2/28) was my inspiration for creating a "Welcome Baby" gift box to house a GC.
Supplies: PTI All thru the House/Bear Hugs/XOXO/ Mix & Mat: Heart Die, PTI Dye Ink (Cocoa Bean, Honey Nut).
3/1/19 Laurie's Fabulous Favorites: Buttons! I totally agree with Laurie and her favorite PTI accessory accessory choice...buttons. I love how she matched up her button colors with her die-cut balloons. Her birthday card can go feminine or masculine. I'll have to case this one. I selected Warm Regards to work with for a birthday card for my sister-in-law. This is a new set for me even though it was released in January 2018. I have buttons in Lovely Lady and went with the color for my flowers. :)
